Magazine- systems

Magazine- systems are the foundation of a succesfull automation. GANZ company provides three different kinds which can be chosen to fit best for the specific expectaions of our customers.

During the production- process, we use rotating magazines with a diameter up to 320 mm and, with larger devices, up to 600 mm. They can be arranged as either four- or eightsided maganzines and are for standart equipped with a 320mm pile height. The wheight of the seperate pile can be, precisly controlled through hydropneumatic Lifter, up to half a ton and when empty, changes within two seconds.

The second group of magazines are loading sliders. These are available in the versions: 110x 150mm, 110x 220mm and 110x 300mm and 170x 220mm. The parts are mechanical seperated here. The thinnest material this devices can work with are 0,5 mm and it can be stacked up to 300 mm high. These sliders are comfaortable for smaller production numbers because of theire fast reassembling and the small space they need for operation.

In the third group of magazines the vibrating processor is used. It can handle already formed parts and sorts them automatically, if necessary including a control of the parts.

The third group constists of blank loaders which can transport big blanks (1000mm x 2000mm f.e.).
