The Transfer LT 1200/ V160 matches todays´ requirements for the automation of medium-sized parts. The vertical Z- Axes is as standard equipped with 5 positions. This means:
The Transfer moves in steps with a very low vertical stroke, every step only as wide as necessary.
This low strokes bring the very important spare of time. It brings the possibility to adjust the connection between the transfer and the press to an optimum. The result of this well-balanced unity is a remarkable low transfer-time.
Because of fast-arrangeable gripper-systems it becomes eventually a very versatile device.

What is automation?
Automation means the process of a mechanical transfer of raw parts through the different steps of an assembly.
