Swivel loader

Used for middle- sized parts up to 1kg of weigt in special, our swivel loaders are the perfect solution.

The loader is constructed with a vibration- free and solid shell of Aluminium for the use at the right hand of the Pressing table. Because of it´s suspension, the device can move away during the changing of the tool. Furthermore, this provides high flexibility and versatility also.

It´s height is adjustable for +/- 25 mm, it can be equipped with four different magazines and can be attached tp presses not matching the UVV. This prevents a large reassembling of the press from beeing necessary.

Considering the material used, each model can be equipped with a magnetic-, vacuum-, or pairs of pliers- based gripper to match the parts perfectly.
